### Do you charge transaction fees?  
No, never. pay3 doesn't charge any transaction fees. You only pay network fees (gas fees) which go directly to the blockchain, not to us. We make money through subscriptions, not by taking a cut of your payments.

### Can I change my plan anytime?  
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

### What happens to my payment links if I downgrade?  
Your existing payment links will continue to work, but you won't be able to create new ones beyond your plan's limit. We never delete your data or disable active links.

### Do you hold or touch my funds?  
No. All payments go directly from sender to receiver, wallet-to-wallet. We never hold, custody, or have access to your funds. pay3 is just the interface that makes crypto payments simple.

### What's the difference between badges?  
Blue badge (Pro) shows you're a verified active user. Pink badge (Creator) identifies you as a content creator or freelancer. Gold badge (Business) shows you're a verified business or organization. These badges appear on your payment page to build trust with payers.
